Shipping was free and quick to mail out. Phone works which is great, only issues were packing and the photos. Description said wear and tear but the photos didn’t show how scratched the screen really was. Thankfully the phone arrived okay without any box, it was only wrapped in a few layers of bubble wrap in a poly bag.

Timeliness- Purchased Friday evening, phone did not ship until the following Wednesday. Received the following Monday. In the end it was 10 total days from purchase to receipt from company that advertises they ship next business day.

Condition- Phone arrived with MANY light scratches to screen, both at the bottom of the screen and at the top right section of the screen (common when companies stack/store many phones together without anything in between, allowing the camera assembly from one phone to scratch the screen of the one it's on top of).

Bottom Line- A decent phone at a good price, but lots of room for improvement in their shipping and storage processes. Would buy from again if time is not a constraint and screen protector can hide the incidental screen damage.

Came in the quality as expected. No issues!

Phone came wrapped in good protective wrapper. Everything was as listed on the website.
