Product arrived on 11/29 very well packed (likely better than the original box would have been, which sadly wasn't included, but no matter!). Laptop (Serial: C02Q6K6SFVH3) arrived in absolutely flawless condition and was already upgraded to Catalina, a nice touch. No marks or nicks on the casing at all, and really did have only ~25 battery cycles. Excellent buying experience from the seller and would purchase from him and Swappa again!
