Had horrible expirience with this seller. first of all they posted photos of the different phone way better looking condition, then they sent me a phone with deeeep scratches on the front screen and cracked back glass. when i asked seller to provide me return shipping label they refusee to do is so i have to open a long conversation on swappa and even staff could not help me with my return, so i have to get my money back though Paypal customer support. this is absolutely horrible exp.

We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
