Seller provided a refund, but the iPhone arrived with broken front glass around the home button. That seems like something that should be noticed pretty easily and never get sent to a customer in the first place. That sort of inconvenience makes me mistrust the seller, especially since it left my daughter without a replacement while we waited a few days for the return to process.

I’d avoid this seller unless you’re up for that potential hassle. Given that this is the third time I’ve had a DOA device from across multiple sellers I’m not sure I’d recommend Swappa anymore tbh.
