The seller listed the phone as mint, but the phone was not mint. There is residue that seems impossible to remove, scuffing, and some nicks on the lens covers. Also, the battery health is 77%. When we raised an issue about this, we were offered a $25 credit, which we accepted.

As a buyer, this is unpleasant. We had to review Swappa’s policies, the seller’s policies, compare pricing, look up battery replacement options and pricing, and test the phone with extra scrutiny. We felt we were not dealt with honestly.

Ultimately, with the credit, the phone is priced competitively with other “good” condition phones. Make of it what you will.
