Some times electronic devices can be finicky even when properly tested. The phone I received was in excellent cosmetic condition but unfortunately would not hold a charge well and was initially able to make calls and send texts but will no longer do so. However, I contacted customer service and they provided the option for a prepaid shipping label to return the item and to refund me for the purchase. These things can happen with electronics and good customer service makes a big difference when they do. Although my phone did not meet my expectations, the company was more than willing to make it right and I will certainly do business with them in the future.
