I only give them 3 stars because they refunded the transaction. But made life difficult in the process. Ended costing me $9 to send their poorly described phone back to them in which I never was refunded.

The phone was just as described, promptly shipped in excellent packaging. Upon arrival, the iPhone was in exceptional condition with all promised items included. It activated with Verizon without issue.
