I purchased 2 cell phones. One worked for 37 days and then the sound didn't work any longer, despite being marked "very good." Seller's online profile did NOT state a 30 day warranty. Swappa intervened with seller and they did not respond to Swappa. While others may have had some luck with this seller, I would steer clear. I'll get my money back via a dispute thru PayPal, but its a pain in the butt and I have to pay for return shipping, which seems unfair if a seller won't stand behind a product per the info that Swappa promotes. #avoidthisseller
