Received the phone but i feel the scratches are more on the phone than in the photo
Fast turnaround time.
Very late on sending phone and poor communication. The phone was in excellent condition and well packaged and works great however.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
The listing claimed “Good Condition,” but what I received is nowhere close to that. I can tolerate minor scratches around the body as expected with a used phone, but this device has a clearly visible dent on the screen, which should have been disclosed.
Even worse, the phone is barely usable for basic communication. The speaker cracks and distorts during calls, and the call audio frequently breaks up as if there is a serious microphone issue. Calls randomly cut in and out, making it impossible to have a normal conversation.
This is not “good condition” in any reasonable sense—it feels like a damaged device that should have been listed as “for parts” or at best “poor condition.” I expected a functional phone, not something that fails at its most basic purpose: making calls.
I’m very frustrated with this purchase.
