Received phone in advertised physical condition. Quick to ship out. However, the phone was unable to complete setup, it kept rebooting itself during data transfer and then during an iOS update. Great customer service though, fast response to my issue and offered a free return label and refund.

Phone is broken screen is broken its pretty clear that someone had open up the phone before in an attempt to repair it but now my screen is broken.

According to Swappa website, "good" means minor wear & tear. There are 2 significant scratches on the screen. Kinda disappointed. For $719 expected a little better
