The phone was described as carrier-locked to T-Mobile, but it was actually carrier-locked to Metro by T-Mobile, and could not be used on the regular T-Mobile network.

Although that detail meant I had to request a refund, every other aspect of the transaction was excellent. The seller responded quickly to my comments, offered to pay for return shipping, and quickly initiated the refund upon receiving the phone back. They were also very patient while T-Mobile/MetroPCS waffled for 2 weeks before eventually deciding not to carrier unlock the phone for me.

Although I can't give a fully positive review since the phone was not as described, the seller handled this issue well, and with the context of the rest of their reviews being extremely positive, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
