The device came locked, Thankfully with Swappa's staff I was able to reach out to GadgetTraders in a timely manner. Be aware of items being sold with passwords on them and being registered after buying. This is my first experience with this on swappa. I'm glad things got sorted out and the seller got back to me in time and worked things out but for spending this kind of money. It should of been checked before being sent off. The device works as intended after everything was sorted out.

I received the wrong item. Seller agreed it was a mistake and refunded a portion of my payment. I do not believe it was a fair amount as the price difference was over $100 between what I ordered and what I received but they only refunded $25. They refused to do better. I am dropping the matter but am not a satisfied customer.

Seller communicated in a timely manner and item was shipped out promptly.
