Abysmal customer service. All I needed was a response but for multiple days I was messaging Gadget Traders about how I hadn't received my package. They had said if it didn't arrive by the 5th, to let them know. I let them know it didn't arrive by the 5th, and then they completely stopped messaging me. I messaged them several times during regular business hours, the business hours that they post on their account, and they completely ignored them. This was an incredibly disrespectful experience. I don't have time to be wasted like this. Don't buy from these people if you have a better option. They are not reliable at communication and you could just not know where your package is for multiple days and they will just not say anything to you. Of course these reviews don't even matter anyways because no one buying from a resale website is really worried about the customer service. However if you manage to find yourself reading this, Gadget Traders is a terrible vendor. Do not buy from them.
