While the device came with a manufacturer defect, the seller was prompt with shipping. Luckily for me, UbreakIfix replaced the motherboard defect for free.

Aside from throwing shade towards me for returning it. I believe this seller to be alright.

thank you very much speedy delivery and great product. Very nice setup and wonderful price. Still waiting on the refund tho either than that highly recommend to any.

Phone is surprisingly working fine, given that the shipping was via First Class mail with a paper envelope that was soaked wet in the rain, and one thin bubble wrap around the phone itself which would not have survived if package was dropped or tossed. Luckily it wasn't water damaged as the indicator wasn't red, and the screen and body weren't damaged other than the stated scratches. For a nearly $500 item, please provide a more considerate shipping and packaging.
