Very good seller. Everything didn't go as planned, but the seller was very professional at resolving the issue that arose. The seller took responsibility , and promptly issued a refund. Very good to do business with. Will definitely try again sometime.

I wish they were faster in answering my questions; however, they were fast in returning the item and giving me my refund.

Phone is as expected. Took a really long time to arrive, but that is the fault of USPS, not the seller.

Phone arrived quickly and screen was in good condition. The screen calibration is just a tad off in places. This was cheaper than any similar iPhone 7 on Swappa at the time, so I still would have purchased it, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Update: The phone didn't even last 1 year. Very disappointing. It isn't drawing power any more and Apple store said it could not be repaired. Also, the Apple Pay feature never worked and I didn't realize it until later.

Item came as described and shipped very quickly. It looks to be in excellent condition, and I am happy with how soon the item shipped and arrived. My only complaint is the packaging for the item. The phone did not come stored in any type of box and was just wrapped in bubble wrap inside of an envelope mailer. Anyone could've dropped or stepped on the envelope mailer and potentially cracked the phone. The phone also came turned on and the battery was at 1% on arrival. But overall, happy with this purchase.

Phone was delivered quickly and everything worked. No complaints.
