Received phone 8 days after ordering. It didn't even hit USPS system until 3 days after the label was allegedly printed. USPS said it hadn't been dropped off to them until then, that pkgs are scanned within 4-12 hrs of receipt. There was a one-day weather delay on my end, however that didn't impact anything on Seller's end. Never had any other phone take this long on Swappa. Because I desperately needed the phone, which I noted on my original order, I ordered another phone via Express Shipping and also got it the same day this one arrived, so didn't even open this package. Just threw it on the shelf in case we ever need an extra phone. No idea of phone condition.

iPad arrived in good, stated, condition. Only complaint is that I had to do a factory reset on it, as it was already set up. Thankfully there was no passcode set up on it. The case that it came with was really dirty and grimy but I never planned to use that case and in reality, it was great because it protected it for shipping. iPad is set up now without issue and has a new case/screen protector assembled and my little guy is loving it. Overall very good experience with this seller. I should also note that shipping was quick which was awesome. Thank you!

Item arrived quickly.
Scratches were more significant than I expected, since they can also be seen when the screen is on. I'll probably end up purchasing a new screen and replacing it.
I wasn't expecting a refurbished product, but I wish more care went into making the phone presentable. All the previous fingerprints and dirt were still on the device. The previous owner needs to cut back on the cigarettes - the holes are almost clogged.

Description says "A Scratch". There are WAY MORE scratches. Probably 6 or so that are noticeable and central on the main screen. This phone should be rated "fair" at best. Not "good" as stated. Fully functioning but description not accurate.
