No problems with the phone that I could notice, no scratches on the screen or on the back glass. A little wear and tear on the sides but that doesn't matter because everyone has cases. Battery came with 88% which is to be expected on a used phone. Would definitely recommend buying from this seller.

Received the phone within 3 business days! Only hiccup was that it hadn't been updated with the latest iOS and the phone said it could not update wirelessly...had to do it with iTunes. Newly updated iTunes wouldn't recognize the phone. My son used old version of iTunes on his old computer and that kicked everything into gear.
