Phone arrived with heavy wear on front screen. Compared to pictures in original listing and it did not look like the purchased phone but a similar more used device. I would consider this device to be in fair condition not good or "excellent" as stated in the listing. We will have to replace the screen before re-selling.

Items will ship to your PayPal mailing address within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) of payment, and a tracking number will be provided.

All completed payment orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day, all other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following addresses: International, Freight Forwarder, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO Addresses.

Return & Refund Policies

Returns can be requested within 30-days of receipt for a full refund. Please notify our team if you wish to process a return request and we will happily issue out a free prepaid return label for you. A full refund will be issued once the item has been delivered, received, and verified by our team.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours during normal business hours (Monday - Friday) from the time the package is scanned as delivered.

Items returned are inspected and must match the order's original serial number upon receipt before processing any refunds or credits.
