Great replacement for the phone I broke. Good service and very helpful when I called to ask a few questions. Will probably buy all my future phones from forlessfones.

Phone was faulty, but decided to keep it because I purchased a new one of the same model from the same seller at their recommendation so I did not have to be without a phone, hoping it was not have the same issue, but it did. Seller also made misclaims about the return process that appeared shady, like they were trying to get me to purchase both phones. Seller would not own up to their mistakes, and tried to be defensive like it was somehow my fault. I can't say not to buy from them, because in the end they did come through, it just took much hand wringing on my part to get them to communicate properly the return process, the return date, and the shipping dates, but the manager was still defensive of their mistakes like a stubborn child in the end. Hope anyone else has a better experience than I did, probably just not getting faulty phones in the first place would be the best thing, then you don't actually need to interact with their staff and everything will be fine.
