I received the phone in a good and as described condition. All of the function on the phone work. I'm pleased with the Seller

The phone came mostly as advertised. The only issue was that the battery issue was not mentioned. The battery lasts about 4 hours on a full charge. However, the rest of the phone is great

I got my phone but it took longer than expected
Phone was received in condition consistent with listing. However, communication from seller was lacking, and seller did not ship within required time frame. I had to get Swappa involved to even get a response from them on when item would ship. I asked for seller to consider shipping the item with an express method since they dropped the ball, but I got no response. Would not recommend or use this seller again.

Shipping Policies
• All Items shipped USPS first class on Monday-Friday as long as payment clears by 12:00 P.M. EST.
• We do not ship on holidays or on weekends.
*Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the order has shipped out.
Return & Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 20% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser including software changes, rooting, jailbreaking etc.
*Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept return for replacement parts notification. Apple puts a notification on their devices that have had a part replaced. This message will go away within the 30 day period usually.
