Poor experience. Phone listed as mint and described as excellent condition, however the front and back glass panels were separating from the frame. Earpiece did not function at all. Had to send back for a refund. I was thinking with all the issues that the seller would make this a priority and refund promptly, but they took 3 days to refund after receiving it back.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship all orders the same day if received.by 3pm EST. Depending on your location, we will use USPS Priority Mail or FedEx; whichever offers a faster estimated delivery date. If your order is urgent, please message us so that we can accommodate you.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns in original, Undamaged and unmodified condition may be returned within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. We log all serial numbers and condition of each device when shipped. Please ensure the correct item in original condition is returned to us.
Defective returns will be issued a prepaid shipping label. Each return will be evaluated and retested and are subject to restocking fee if not defective.
PayPal takes a 3% fee on all transactions, and they no longer refund this to buyers or sellers. This amount does not go to us and we have no way to refund it. All returns are subject to 3% holdback from PayPal. Any orders shipped to an address that does NOT match the paypal address on file will be cancelled and refunded, minus paypal's 3% fee. This does not go to us, it is held back by paypal.
