Initially; device arrived in brand new condition. Fast shipping. I used the device for a little over 6 months and then the device suddenly stopped connecting to my carrier service. Turns out the device was still locked to another carrier and/or was reported lost or stolen. Luckily, the seller was easy to work with and sent me a shipping label to return the device for a refund. Please be careful when purchasing devices that are advertised to be unlocked.

Return & Refund Policies

We do not do partial refunds! No returns unless the device is not as described.
3.5% fee will be applied to any order cancellations regardless of the reason or buyer remorse returns to cover PayPal or Stripe fees. Any buyer remorse returns will also be charged a $10 fee if the order already shipped or received to help cover any shipping costs.
