The seller was not very responsive when I would comment on the sale. It took forever for the seller to ship the item. I made a PayPal claim to get my money back because he was not responsive. He finally responded after that and shipped out the item. The good thing was that when he did ship the item, the shipping was quick and the product was in the condition he said it would be in.

Fast shipping. Product good quality as described. Not replying or slow replying to my Swappa comments wasn't my favorite, nor was receiving a non-functioning charger. But glad they rectified that eventually.

Had some back and forth to get correct charger which is understandable. Original post indicated a year of Apple Care and a new charging cable. Unfortunately, there was no Apple Care and the charging cable is used. Seller was very responsive and prompt in addressing the issues that could be resolved.

Item description mentioned warranty on the machine till Dec 2022 as one of the selling features. The warranty was present when the machine was delivered but disappeared a few days later. When asked for the bill of sale the seller refused, ultimately the machine had to be returned.
