Yes, I received the phone and charger, thank you! I was a bit bummed because the phone was advertised as 97% battery health, but when I turned it on, the battery health was 95%. It was a small difference though, and the scratches cannot be seen with my screen protector on. Overall, I am very pleased with the deal!
