It was a positive purchase experience, but the packaging could use an upgrade of sorts. Thank you though, my son really likes it.

Phone must have had internal damage. One small drop, six inches, fully protected and now has vertical lines. Phone took ten days to arrive. Battery not as strong as advertised. I don’t recommend this company.

Item was shipped as shown on the website. Great condition and well packaged.

Daughter loved her new phone. Looked brand new.thank you Soo much. Only thing the phone doesn’t work to call can’t hear anything I got scammed on that.

The picture of the damage was worse than how the phone looks in person! I am very happy! Was able to put my sim card and use it the day I got it.
