The iphone arrived in the condition stated and it was bought with the understanding that is would be able to be connected to T-mobile. As it turns out that did not happen. The esim is locked and tmoble couldn't connect me to their network. At this point I don't know what to do, I've contacted all the parties involved but to no satisfaction. Not sure how to rate anyone!
