Received the device in a timely manner, looks great and functions as expected. Great doing bussiness with you. Very pleased with the process and my new device.

Alex mailed the phone promptly and it got here two days after purchasing, and was wrapped very securely. The phone had no cosmetic damage to it, however the earpiece was not working, this had been a problem for the previous owner, but apple was unable to recreate it when they sent it in so I believe Alex was unaware of the issue. The phone is being replaced under warranty now so that warranty he keeps on his phones is nice!
