This is a seller that goes the extra distance to make sure that the right things happen. The phone that I purchased from him came to be reported as stolen some time after I activated it with AT&T. The seller, who was, apparently, an innocent victim along with me - accepted the phone back and refunded my money in full. Now THAT is an honest seller !

The real issue here is that Swappa first indicated that they had refunded my $10 fee to me - then, after the fee had not showed up in my PayPal account, Swappa then indicated that they had changed their minds and that they would NOT refund my Swappa fee.

In essence, the Swappa staff think that they are justified in collecting their $10 fee for facilitating the sale of stolen merchandise across state lines. The seller has done the right thing here - the Swappa team is behaving extremely poorly here.

I wonder if they will delete this review?
