I received my new Galaxy S9+ phone today and setting it up was a breeze! Thank you so much for sending the phone quickly, it arrived in 3 days!! The phone is beautiful and is just as the Seller described it....totally mint condition!
It was unfortunate that the phone was blocked (Seller did not verify that it was indeed unblocked) when I received it, however, the Seller and Staff immediately verified the problem. I only wish the Seller would have communicated to me earlier that he had the owner unlock the phone. Had to return the phone according to Swappa.com instructions and that delayed the whole process in getting my refund and now wishing to buy back the phone. Admittedly, my first experience with Swappa.com and now that I have learned a few things I will definitely come back and try again :). Mistakes happen.....all good.

Return & Refund Policies
We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.
