This was a great transaction. The phone is new in sealed box with accessories as described. However, when I was doing the initial setup, the screen colors were faded and bluish tinted and I could not find the cause. I contacted the seller, who replied quickly, and offered to take the phone back "satisfaction guaranteed." I really liked the phone otherwise, so before packing it up to ship, I thought I would try one more time to resolve the issue. Much googling/deep dig into settings later, I found an obscure "color correction" setting that was toggled on causing the issues with the screen colors (apparently it is an accessibility setting for colorblindness). So to my chagrin, I let the seller know that it was user error and that I would be keeping the phone. The phone is absolutely beautiful, and I was extremely impressed with the seller's customer service. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you for another great Swappa experience.
