Unfortunately, I am changing my rating to neutral. I wish I carefully looked at my phone when I first got it. This phone was listed at Mint condition and according to the photos listed for this phone, it shows that it has the original screen and back plate. The phone I received has replacement parts, and it is not as good of quality as I thought. I was only able to notice this when I bought my wife the same phone with its original parts. The phone does work great, but I wish I knew about the phone being refurbished, and the phone should have been listed as good instead of mint. I do not believe that these people are scammers, but I felt like I was a little misled.

BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ARTIST! READ ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS!!! THE PHONE SCREEN THEY WILL SEND YOU IS NOT THE SAME AS THE PHONE SCREEN BEING ADVERTISED! THE SOFTWARE IS NOT PROPER AND THE PHONE WILL NOT CONNECT TO A 5G CELLULAR NETWORK! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!! THEY TOOK A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR SCRATCHES THAT WERE PRESENT WHEN THE PHONE WAS SHIPPED TO ME. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! MATTER OF FACT, JUST DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE! - Your item must be sent back in the original packaging, with all the accessories.
