Shipping Policies


All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase! We ship via USPS Ground. If you would like to upgrade and expedite your shipment, please message us in the comment section of the sale page immediately after you make your purchase.

-USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) $25
-FedEx 2 Day $25
-FedEx Overnight $65

Return & Refund Policies


Buy from a trusted seller and avoid unnecessary returns - we maintain the highest quality control! Each device is properly and thoroughly tested. Although uncommon, due to the nature of the product defects may arise but we will be here to help solve any issues.

We offer a 30 day replacement warranty on all of our devices. The warranty starts from the day the shipping tracking number shows the package was delivered. Warranty does not include buyer's remorse or user damage. If we can't fix the issue remotely, we will provide you with a free return shipping label and once we receive the return we will send you a replacement phone. If you would like to return for a refund, there is a 10% restocking fee or $15 (whichever is greater), unless we don't have a replacement so then the full refund will be sent. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving the return shipping label, otherwise the return will be void.

ALL IMEI/SERIAL NUMBERS ARE RECORDED. If the device's IMEI number does not match, the return will be rejected. If the IMEI matches and the device's condition isn't the same as when it was sent, or the device was tampered with, the return may be rejected or up to a 50% restocking fee may apply.

For cancellations before the order was shipped, a 10% fee or $15 fee (whichever is greater) will be applied to the refund. If the wrong shipping address was provided at checkout and the package gets returned to us, there will be a $20 charge and the item will be shipped back to you as soon as we receive it back.
