I'd agree that this is a "good" condition item, and I still feel like I got my money's worth, but I wanted to convey that I think the seller oversold the condition in the description. "Very tiny minor scratch. Hard to tell" is really not accurate - there are two dings in the glass that are quite noticeable, one of which is on the display area and can be easily seen with the display on or off. While they are visible in one of the photos, there was also some lint and whatnot visible on the glass and it was impossible to tell the difference. Also a scrape on the edge of the device and some scratching on the back (which, to be fair, also did show up in the photos). I'd just advise the seller to give things a more thorough wipe-down before doing photos and be more forthcoming in the description, as these are things that buyers would expect to be explicitly described on a high-end device. I also advise buyers to request these things if at all in doubt.

The phone bottom speakers were non-functioning, despite the "good" rating and "like-new" description. Refund was issued shortly after the phone was returned.

Pixel 3a appeared to be in great shape and 100% fully functional as stated in the description. However it seems the bottom loudspeaker/speakerphone is broken and non-functional. Looking into a resolution now. *edit* Seller has sent return label, will update when refund received if that's possible at the time. *edit* refund received.

Packaged well. No complaints. I thought it was broken at first. I also ordered a 4 XL and arrived at the same time from another vendor. I turned on both at the same time and 3a was stuck on Google start screen for 5 minutes. Restarted phone and issue didn't appear again.
