Seller lacks communication skills, shipped late, and sent me a defective phone (packaged poorly in just a small bubble mailer). Like another reviewer experienced, the iPhone they sent would randomly and frequently restart for no reason. I let Cybertron know and they just sent me a link to a troubleshoot page for the topic... Something I had already done. I had to ask again to get the return initiated. Once the return arrived at their facility, I again had to initiate a conversation to start the refund (a day after they received it). I worried they wouldn't give me a full refund because one of the reviewers I read mentioned that happened to them. Thankfully this wasn't the case and they did issue a full refund.
From start to finish, this process took 15 days and resulted in absolutely nothing. I've had good experiences using Swappa in the past and this seller is even highly rated, but this was unacceptable. Even if the phone had worked as advertised, I would not endorse this company.

Received wrong model. Seller fully refunded. We all make mistakes sometimes. Will be happy to buy from again.
