Seller responded in a timely manner when informed of defective charger and charging cord. Both were replaced without issue.
Did not receive phone in the condition that was advertised, but seller was quick to come to a resolution to this problem and made everything right.
The phone works fine and arrived fast.
I was really disappointed by the shipper's lack of padding within the shipping box, and the phone being packed screen-side down, allowing it to slide and bounce around inside the container. I can see two scratches on the glass which maybe didn't have to happen. There was also some kind of visible grime around the buttons and the charging port. If you're advertising a mint condition phone, it wouldn't have taken long to clean that stuff and show some care.

We ship to all 50 states within the United States and the U.S. Territories.
All order placed before 12pm EST, will be processed and shipped same day.
Choosing Next Day Air shipping on a Friday afternoon or a weekend will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
