Phone was New as expected, everything seems to be functioning OK. Shipping was fast. Packaging needs improvement, was just the phone box thrown into a much larger box (which was then put in a padded envelope). There was NO padding inside the larger box, meaning the phone bounced around in transit a ton. Everything inside the phone's box had shaken loose and I thought it was a used phone, but was just a result of the phone box getting beat up due to the way it was packed. This could be easily solved by adding padding/airbags inside the larger box.
