I ordered the phone on a Monday and received it by Saturday. I have used it for a few days now and everything seems to be working perfectly. There is a problem with the top speaker sometimes not working when I am using the speaker phone when calling someone, but I have researched it and it is just a problem with Note 9's in general, so no big deal. I have done all of the checks that Swappa recommends except for the water damage check, so I'm just going to assume there is not water damage. The seller was great in answering questions when I had them prior to purchasing and the phone seems to be everything they said it was. When I need a new phone, I plan on using Swappa and this seller again. I would highly recommend!
