I was told great things about swappa and so I decided to try things out, but I will NEVER use this website or company again. I PAID for a gold Samsung S25 Ultra 512 gb, but to my surprise I was sent a S25 Ultra 256 gb phone and there was no way to contact the seller. I am very upset and disappointed in my experience w this website and seller. I WILL NEVER recommend this site to anyone that I respect. My phone arrived in good shape, timely, etc. But it was 256gb instead of 512gb, which is what I paid for, and I know that this phone was dropped also because the top right corner is blurred and not clear. Thanks but no thanks, swappa... my rating is a 2 out of 5 because at least I did receive a phone and not an empty box.
