The seller was prompt and the phone came as listed. However, fair warning to others that when buying a 'fair condition' phone, there is the possibility that after 1.5 months of working fine -- and now being out of the return warranty window -- for there to be unknowable software problems that are not able to be resolved.
In the case of my purchase, the phone abruptly lost all service capabilities and subsequently was unable to read physical SIMs or obtain service with eSIMs. 5 hours with my carrier, as well as checking the physical SIMs working on my old iPhone 7 lead to this conclusion of having a $250 fair condition wifi brick. Therefore, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller.
The seller sent what was listed, and did so very quickly.
Phone arrived quickly and was in the described condition.

Shipping Policies
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2 pm EST will ship out the same day via USPS First Class mail which takes approximately 3-5 days. We have expedited shipping available for $50 which can take as little as 24 hours depending on the geographic region. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Important note: Orders will only ship to the address provided during the checkout process. If any changes need to be made to the address, the order will need to be canceled and repurchased with the correct address information. Due to a recent PayPal policy change, this will result in a non-refundable PayPal fee charge of 3.49%+$0.49 for domestic payments and 5% for international payments.

Return policy
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on the tracking delivery date.
• item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• if the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• for buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.
• warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser.
