Arrived quickly. Very well packaged for safety. Just as described and photographed. Was already set up fresh so if I hadn’t had a SIM handy I still could have used it as an iPod—appreciated touch. As far as I can tell everything is fine. The phone is beautiful. The included screen protector is generous. Thank you!

took longer to get the phone due to a payment issue.. I paid on paypal and my payment was rejected so swappa emailed me almost right away with a link to process the payment a 2nd time. then the seller messaged me to make payment and then later realized that payment was made. So i feel that the phone was delayed getting shipped due to the issue with paypal

Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns 30 days from the day you receive the device based on tracking delivery date.
• Item will be exchanged for any functionality issue within the 30-day period.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart) refund will be issued less 15% which is the restock fee.
• Warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart), or damaged caused to it externally or internally by the purchaser
