Hello, we just finally now received the phone and went to take and switch everything over and the US Cellular is saying the phone is actually "locked with a carrier" under "General". In settings, under general, where is has the word Carrier it says Carrier Lock but still says no SIM restrictions but it wouldn't take SIM card.....was a locked phone sent by mistake?
