Thank you for fixing the locked ipad, you had me worried I was sold a non working ipad, thank you for your time and help. I wish you would add instructions in the the orders so people would know what was going on and not get a locked ipad.

The included charger was broken. Not a big deal when the watch works great.

Received the phone with a broken camera not listed In description. Took 2 days and 2 swappa staff for a response. Was sent a return label same day of response. They were understanding of my work schedule and allowed a week for me to drop the device off. They fixed the camera at no cost to me, and had it sent back out within 24 hrs of receiving it. Overall a bit disappointed in lack of response right away, as well as more damage than listed, but satisfied with the results.

Everything arrived just as described.
