I bought a unlocked iPhone last week and tried to activate it this past weekend and it's saying the iPhone needs to be unlocked in order to use it... How can I get a Exchange or a refund.

The phone is defective. It was not as described. When I make calls I am not able to hear them. What is the point of having a phone without being able to listen to my calls? I can’t even put it on speaker!! I want my full refund.

Seller shipped the wrong phone originally. They paid for the return shipping and eventually shipped the correct phone, but it ended up arriving ~2 weeks after the original delivery date.

Phone in decent condition. It could have been cleaned a little better before shipping to me. Needed Next Day shipping and they did it. Shipping company messed up and it was a 3-4 day ship. Seller refused to work with the shipper to refund the money. Spent $35 that was not refunded. This is a part of doing business. They should have refunded my money.
