I have recieved the phone but I feel that the phone is not in as good of shape as I thought it would be. There is a noticeable gouge in the screen and there are many other smaller scratches all over the screen. My wife recieved a regular s7 from you marked as "good" condition and her screen is darn near flawless. Honestly, I'm not very pleased with the phone and would like to inquire about swapping it out. I know that the active version is not as available as the standard s7 and I would be interested it exchanging it out for a black color ok ne of those if possible?
