The iphone I purchased is not charging properly. When I connect the charger, the charging disconnects with the slightest movement. I am not satisfied with my purchase, and would like to exchange it for a different phone. I noticed you had the another red iphone (30698) with 87% battery life. Could I exchange this phone for that one? And if it's a possibility, requesting it to be checked for the same isssue in the one I am trying to exchange it for, please and thank you.
