Awful seller, seller did not even look at the sale page comment when I asked to change address, seller refused to give any compensation for the mistake. Phone arrived in not the described fashion but I’m honestly so done with it I’ll take my losses and get off this site.

Very easy first time experience with Swappa. USPS actually lost the phone for a couple of hours, they sent it to nearby university and someone brought it back to the post office. They called me and I was Able to pick it up. Perhaps in the future UPS would be a better service. The phone is beautiful, good condition. Everything works great.
