Im not able to activate the phone because sprint does not activate prepaid phone and i didnt know that

CellPhone Doctor was very responsive and easy to work with when I had to return a phone to them. They promptly processed a refund, paid for return shipping and offered me a generous discount if I ordered another phone from them. For this I would have given them 5 stars.

I am giving a 4 star rating because they seem to overrate the condition of the phones. The first phone I received had a scratch on the screen that was not mentioned in the description (I did not return the phone because of that, but because it had a serious functionality problem). The second phone was listed as mint condition but the battery cover had a broken tab on it and did not snap down completely flush with the phone body, not something I would expect to see on a product described as mint.

This was a perfectly seamless transaction and saved me a lot of money!
