The seller DID NOT post in original ad that this phone was exposed to liquid. After receiving this iPhone 7, I was contacted by Swappa to go through a quality assurance checklist to ascertain that everything is working. I discovered a major issue. The moisture indicator was tripped (RED STRIP SEEN IN SIM TRAY OPENING) indicating it was dropped in water or was exposed to a liquid. This could cause problems down the line. The phone could work for days, weeks, or a few months before issues appear. With that in mind, I asked for a discount to cover costs that could arise in the future. The seller vehemently declined and Swappa only recommended that I return the phone for a full refund offered by the seller. Thankfully (for the seller) my friend decided to keep it despite the fact that the moisture indicator displayed RED.
