The communication and speed of shipping was great, I bought the phone for my parents who lives about 2 hours away from me, the phone worked great for a while, but started locking up and acting weird. I just went down to see them and took the phone to a tech in Staples and they said the facia (screen) was messed up. Needless to say they cannot use the phone and cannot afford another phone. It is useless.

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
