The phone was not in mint condition. The back of the phone was loose and coming off. The screen seemed like it had been replaced and didn’t look or feel like the Samsungs I have had in the past. It kept dimming every few minutes. It was very slow and glitchy. My old S9 was brighter and faster than this one.

But the refund was processed quickly and customer service was awesome.

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
